JB King meaning

A legend came out over 2,000 years ago. A Chinese folk hero and his mother were hunted by Qin dynasty's soldiers. The hungry mother and son ran into a small village's pan-fried bun shop seeking refuge. The shop's owner bravely saved them with warm and fluffy buns and then guided them escape. The folk hero defected Qin dynasty later and became the greatest emperor in China history: Han dynasty. The emperor was grateful to the pan-fried bun shop, and he invited the owner to the capital to share pan-fried bun with the entire China.

Pan-fried bun was pronounced as "Jian Bao" in Chinese. At JB King, we pay homage to this extraordinary tale through authentic, affordable, and conveniently served pan-fried buns alongside other traditional dumplings. Join us at JB King and let us take you on a flavorful journey that celebrates the past while embracing the present.
